- you will convert above application into DOTNET with extension "ASPX

- must provide a simple "HOW-TO TUTORIAL" in MSword format to document above conversion step-by-step so I could do it myself in the future

- must walk me thru the proacess of uploading above converted DOTNET application to LIVE webserver
