I currently have a website and need to create a database integration between. Also I need some reporting facilities.

DETAILS

NEWSLETTER – For the newsletter I will be purchasing a fully automated system, I just need you to install and test it for me.

COMPANY NEWS – For the company news I will be also purchasing an automated system, again I will need you to install and test for me.

DEMO ACCOUNT – I will need you to design the database and the output reporting for this one too.
Basically I will need a secure are to login: Username and Password and the reporting should give me all the details that the report gathers from clients.
I need the facility to filter register by name, user, date and be able to export data to excel.
A search facility has also need to be built in.

OPEN AN ACCOUNT – Same as the Demo Account.

CONTACT US - Same as Demo Account + need to send an e-mail to a specify e-mail, eg: something at asda.com

My website is designed in .NET (aspx) and I will need the database to be SQL SErver (I don't have it). I need you advise me how to get the license, cheap or free!

My budget is very limited, so please post withing the bracket.
