Description

Need a simple anroid application written with the following requirements:

Component 1 - Website Registration and Distribution
1. Create simple Back Office Website (BOW) for distribution channel of Android phone application and phone registration written in ASP.NET (preferred).
2. BOW database should be Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or better.
3. From BOW must have functionality to send data records to phone. ie multiple text, numeric and date fields in a single message. This data will be entered on the BOW website by a human and sent to phone automatically.

Component 2- Anroid phone application (APA)
1. APA should be written using best practice and procedures per industry standards.
2. APA must function as stand alone program... Internet connection may not always be present on phone
3. APA must have the ability to automatically connect to BOW and download new messages.
4. APA must have the ability to automatically connect to BOW and upload data.
5. APA must have the ability to capture GPS data and sent it to BOW every 3 minutes.
6. APA must have the ability to capture Pictures and automatically send them to BOW every 5 minutes.

Other Requirements
1. Both APA and BOW should be scalable to support a multiple user environment.
