Description: We need an upload page in ASP.net (VB code ONLY, not C#) that receives the Query String "JobID" to create the directory using "JobID" or adds a file to the directory if it already exists. The component must have the ability to upload multiple files in one session. Each file that is uploaded must keep its original name plus add a date/time stamp to the file. Please document very well so that changes may be easily made. We currently use iron speed designer for our system so please make sure name spaces and file names are unique so they do not conflict. You may use Telerik rad controls for the upload component as long as install procedures are well documented.

We started using telerik controls from 2005 and also we have a good understanding of the controls, source code for the control is also available (for understanding).
