I need a graphic and layout design for my ASP.NET 2.0 project. No programming required.

I have a few comments I forgot to mention before:
- I don't want to use flash
- There must not be any javascript for opening links from menu/site map (it must be possible to open link in new window)
- Layout must look the same (and be fully functional) in Firefox and IE

The last two points are there especially because of some ASP.NET components which don't work well in non-IE browsers.
