Description:	This project should be done using ASP or ASP.NET for scripting and must work with an SQL Database. This project is a flattened world map graphic as an image map. Each country is a clickable hotspot. The purpose of this is for a marketing game. Basically, each day the administrator can select a country as the "Winner Country". The first X amount of people (where X is the number of countries in the world or the number of countries clicked until the Winner Country is found, whichever comes first) to visit the site can register their email address, and click ONE country per email address. If they select the Winner Country, they get an email confirmation telling them they won something and giving them a confirmation number. If they click one of the non-winner countries, then the database is updated and that country appears blacked out and unclickable. Everything must be resettable at the click of a button. Please provide price quotes for both: (1) the image map with all the countries and a javascript where the only thing necessary to set a country as blacked out is a setting a variable value (i.e. varUzbekistanBlackOut=true;), and (2) the entire game project, including the image map. If you only give one quote, then specify to which of the two things you are quoting. Also, only U.S. residents or people who I can talk to in ENGLISH on a United States phone need bother responding.
