1. Would like to emulate trulia.com for the most part. We would be focusing on a specific niche that I will disclose at a later time. And second I would like to add additional section to the website that uses a license from trulia see this website attached. http://www.futureofrealestatemarketing.com/web-publishers-can-now-clone-trulia
2. Need search integration with Google or MSN maps API.
3. Would need United States coverage only.
4. Need experience in Mashup's and Real Estate. Please provide examples that you have.
5. Agents would need to set up accounts and have login access.
5. Fully customizable layman administration backend platform designed as a modular platform that allows future upgrades and easy modification without interrupting the sites functionality.
6. Willing to communicate with Skype.
