Description

We are a web hosting company in Hong Kong and would like to revamp our online site builder service. We need a simple yet useful site builder, develop step by step in the future, and here is step 1 of the whole development.

Requirement:
- Running on IIS 6.0 (and IIS 7.0 in the future).
- Each server are hosting not only 1 client, so they have different permission in their own virtual host folder. Login of each client is required.
- AJAX preferred. Please visit http://www.1and1.co.uk/ and select "MyBusiness Site" and try that. For sure, we are not doing that complicated. What I need are:
- Client can select from template, and the template and layout can be changed from time to time.
- Client will be asked for basic information and fill in the blanks.
- Site will then be generated automatically and placed in the correct client's folder
with correct permission.
- Client can login with their password and change the details -> when they click on specific
part, the edit screen will come out and provide choices for edit.
- Basic feature like uploading photos with AJAX etc should be provided.

This will be an on-going project and stage 2 and 3 will be coming if correct person / company is selected. Kindly provide more information about yourself when starting the bid. (FYI, we are in Hong Kong so basically, please make sure the programme can support dual-language, i.e. we can have area to add back our basic language, chinese, after the completion of the project.)
