Description:	Need a custom web-based application to increase the number of song plays and page views for a specified Myspace band profile. The attached screenshot show the UI for a similar application. The app should load a specified page multiple times for a specific period of time long enough to increase the music plays/ page view count. The proxy feature should be allowed as the counter may need multiple IP addresses to count the multiple page views. A basic user administration feature will be needed to grant access to the application for multiple viewers. App to be hosted on Windows web server.
