Description: Business Locator with a Twist,

I need a script that can be implemented into any web template easily, I provide a computer repair service.

The Client must fill in the New Customer form,
• I like how nerds on site register new clients, so keep it very similar.

The locator shall determine the location of techs / businesses with Zip code /postal codes and must work on a worldwide search, so a Google app maybe the answer, No Mapping mark-up required just the list.

If I have no techs (or that I cannot supply my services in that location) the site shall display a business list of computer repair services that can. These businesses are only displayed in relationship to the client’s location limits .

IF there are no techs with in the area.
The User gets a “We’re sorry to say that you are outside of our city limits, But we have 5(the number of businesses) businesses within your area that maybe able to help you. Would you like us to forward your details to them? Only one of the businesses that are listed below shall contact you. Even if you select all. ”,

All Businesses will be listed below with a logo, Business name, address and star ratings rank and shown from closest first, the client may select the businesses that they would like to forward there detail’s too by checkbox, but all are selected by default (these business shall be able to login and change or disable their accounts and can choose the distance that they are willing to travel etc. 20miles).

The Twist – the client clicks confirm your details , book now
• All of the Tech businesses are sent an Email from us, Naming the Client and the summary of the issues. (All client contact information is hidden and not viewable at this time) only the time at ticket was submitted and distance from their business is supplied.
• A link is supplied to access the database and the client is viewed.
The Tech business has to clicks to buy and payment is taken through PayPal, all contact information of the client is displayed.
If other businesses access the Clients link the contract is listed as “Contract taken” and the click to buy button is no longer viewable or accessible.

IF I have techs in the Clients area’s
If my Techs are in that location these are listed and the Business directory is not.
The client may select the tech that they like and may phone or book them directly. All techs shall have a profile page and is managed by them Only, They deal with their own tax and are classed as self-employed,

They must have a Login page for the management of their profile page and to access client information.




Tech Profile Information Required.
• Upload/change a picture
• TechID
• Business Name
• Company registration number
• Company address
• Business email
• Mobile
• First Name
• Last Name
• Home Address
• Landline
• Personal email

On duty / off duty ( if off duty , this tech shall not be listed )
Ratings: 100%
(Comment’s and complaints can only be accessed by clients that have registered with us and must login and enter an invoice number/ receipt number)

Techs will have to enter clients invoice numbers, price, the problem and solution. Invoice numbers will link up into client accounts so clients may view past tickets and techs can see clients that they have provided helped too, Techs should have a search app that enables them to view this information in a convenient and simple way.


My Administration Page.
My admin should be able very flexible in controlling everyone’s account, I must be able to view complaints , disable accounts. Have a bulk email feature to all or choose the groups / individuals that I want to mail. Search users, accounts / invoices. I would

This is a desktop application meant to scan and convert the paper forms (checks and invoices with different sizes) to e-forms. As per the client initial requirement "To scan and convert the paper forms (checks and invoices with different sizes) to e-forms using label, combo Box, checkbox, radio button and date picker, then save it as a template, then generate a database to store all data that will fill related to that form(template). Depending on the database generated program should have the ability to generate multiple reports using simple report builder. The program should have simple interface, drag & drop for controls, Sql Server 2005 support and different paper sizes printing Source code should be included in “C# / VB.NET.” Assumptions: 1) We are using our own DOT NET coding standard. 2) We will provide instructions for deploying the application and database, and actual Deployment will be done by the client. 3) We are considering standard DOT NET settings for Desktop and WEB Applications. 4) Any addition/deletion modules or functionality may impact the timeline & budget. 5) All third Party tools will be recommended and purchased (if required) by Client only. 6) Only modules mentioned below in this proposal are considered for Project Development.
