Description

Hello,

I need an order form which includes two javascripts or alternativerly formatted objects.

First object: a computer screen image with a resizable (with the mouse, like a windows window) table/layer inside so the customer can resize and see the values in PIXEL at the bottom right side of the order form.
Second; Javascript which calculates the price according to the size and number of visits chosen. Please see attached image for more info.

Requirements:
- The payment will be done by GAF escrow only.
- Competitive bids only please.
- Your bid must include the installation of the script.
