Reposted after project 227302 being let down badly by service provider - javaExpertisHere accepted project and then didnt complete after 17 days

We have the need to create a small portal for some of our users.

Each user will have a specific login and dependent on that login will list what files they have available for download.

Will need back end to administer the users and the files that they can download and also the ability to add and delete files from the storage area.

When the specific user logs in, the page will need to display "Download area for <USER>"

Happy to store information in small Access database.

Will also consider java front end for user specific file listing.
