Description: Need Real Estate website design that works with a dynamic (daily update) data feed from local MLS to map properties and provide list and abreviated property details on the same page. Page should include search criteria and final result should be very similar to www.redfin.com's online map search. Data feed will include about 5000 records so map should be designed to load fast and listing of properties on page should change as map is moved by the user. I will provide sample data feed for design purposes. Additional options would like incorporated is the ability for user registration so user can save listings in a favorites folder and request additional information on listings saved.
