Description

I need someone to re-design a template website that I have at point2agent.com. This website has the right tools but it is very basic in design right now. I want to achieve functionality as well as attractiveness, and in general, a look of overall sophistication, easy to navigate pages, utilizing the tools and back office that the current website offers. The website must look similar in design to http://southfloridahomesandland.com, with an attractive top banner displayed across every page, and the property search with the same criteria and format, but with a home page that includes a background flash banner similar to the one at lizamendez.com or http://nataliedugan.com/. I will provide the pictures and the information for all pages, with pictures in the background and a picture of the realtor in the foreground to the right. I also want to create a page for rental properties with its on search engine (IDX). Featured listings need to be displayed as slide shows on a column on both the sales pages and the rental pages.
If you do not have experience in these kind of projects, please do not bid. Send me information about other similar REAL ESTATE projects that you have completed. I am looking to establish a long term relationship with a developer, for other projects that I have in mind as well. We will communicate via email through the entire project. I will be doing all the changes in the future, so the pages need to be easy to manage.
I am open to suggestions on the design and functionality of the website.
