Hi.

We are in need of Business Listing Directory and City Portal website, with advanced backend features and easy to use CMS. I prefere to work with individual or company who is very experienced in the Directory Building field (must show previously realised similar websites portfolio). The website must run in 3 languages...English, Russian and German (all Russian designers are wellcome to place bid). I can help to translate the website to German and English, thats why i prefere to work with Russian individual or company! The website will be used for specified Industry only (hotels, travel agencies, restourants, bars, night clubs only)...so make sure the feel and look of the website meet the "ENTERTAINMENT" style!!!Bellow are listed some of the site features we would like to have:

> Advanced CMS for Administration (control management system to be able to do updates)
> Advanced user panel for members
> Advanced search by categories (location, type, rating, alfabethic ect. search)
> Members area ( members can manage they accounts...edit business listing page ect.)
> Data Base (to keep track and store members details ect.)
> Cross browser feature
> Advanced Advertisement features ( banner rotation system for multiple ad spaces on the website)
> Classified Ads system
> Integrated Pay Pal + Google check out system
> City Portal page (basic city portal features)
> Search Engine friendly website!!!

Motre details for site functions will be provided to the selected provider. If you have some ready system that is similar to the above requirements, please provide url in PM Box. The application can be even Joomla or AJAX app (if you can modify to meet all above features only)... but preferably we would like the application in PHP.

Also feel free to make suggestions if any and show us samples of what you can do for us to meet the above features. If you are planning to use some ready scripts its also ok, but you need to be able to modify the feel and look of the website.

Any suggestions and recommendations are welcome. We are planning to have this website up in 3 months...so there is enough time for the service provider to work and provide best quality and features solutions. We will not make any pressure on the delivery time, but you must accept to show regulary updates on your server...so we can see the development progress and make suggestions!
The budget is stated at $300 at the moment...this budget is available if you use ready scripts only. For custom coded and designed website our budget is double :-)... so please specify how you will develop the website...will you use ready solutions or will you create the website from scratch (custom coded website).

Basicly...the application we want is typical Business listing directory for hotels, travel agencies, restourants, bars and night clubs....with sonme advanced features such as multitype of advertisement options and City Portal.

Please note that this website will be not "global search"...its only for locations in Turkey (Turkish Reviera) !!!.
