I am looking for a clone of scriptlance.com with all functionalities.

except 6 functionalities need modifications.

you must teach me how to upload the files and host a web site.

escrow will be released at the end of project. (i.e. when the site is online!)

here are the 6 functionnalities need modifications:

1) people can see the ip of the user who posts or bids the project
2) one extra week of project delayed is -5% of the escrow from the seller to the buyer
3) when people click on that provider's rating, he can see if that provider has delayed (days).
4) user's ratings can be affected by how big the project is it. E.g. if a user won 3 projects: 1st project is 30$, 2nd project is 30$, 3rd project is 90$ 1st and 2nd projects ratings are 10/10 but the 3rd project rating is 0/10, so total user rating is: (300 + 300 + 0)/ (300 + 300 + 900) = 4.0
5) people can use search to search people with specific job types.
(if for translations, people can use scroll down menu like (2 scroll down menus like : English TO XX
English to Dutch (e.g. 4)

6) no downpayments available between buyer and seller, only escrow can be released (from buyer to seller) after the project is over.

1) for 2nd functionality, I want to replace "one extra week of project delayed is -5% of the escrow from the seller to the buyer" by "- a percentage determined by the buyer (of the escrow from the seller to the buyer), for each extra week of project delayed."

here's the extra functionnality needs to be added to the site:

7) both buyer and seller can see the escrow (from buyer), buyer can choose how many escrow to release.

e.g. if buyer A had deposit a 100$ escrow for seller B, buyer A can control how much of this 100$ is going to release to B... as the project moves on.
