Description

I need a purchase module for an online inventory system that has to work on the web. Ideally I would prefer software that is already existing. It should cover:
1. Vendor master and vendor rating
2. Enquiry placement
3. Quotes acceptance
4. Comparison statement
5. Order placement
6. Followup on order until receipt
7. Payment updation
8. Reports like PO register, Enquiry register and choice of selection criterion like pending orders, enquiries, itemwise, vendorwise, etc., with export to XML or XL file formats.

Prefer ready made software.
