Description

I need someone to create and installed a strolling texts banner in the middle of our website.Before bidding, I need to see proof you've done this before. Although I m not a web-designer, I know for sure, it's a simple work to do, something similar to a scrolling Marquee on a regular window desktop.Please be prepared to also install it.
