Description

I am a project manager with far too many projects currently in progress. Our current team of coders and designers are always beyond capacity. As a result, for the next week I need the help of one more web designer to help me try to catch up.

This may include helping me to follow up some of our other coders and developers and help me to meet deadlines by actually coding and working on tasks as well as assisting me with the management of other developers and their tasks. This would include a check and test their work and get problems fixed if necessary before showing to me.

The idea would be so that I can have more time with my clients taking orders and getting new business, and at the same time - work is still progressing strongly in my absense.

A good eye for details is important and you will be required to work between various projects over the next week doing many different tasks including logo and image design and enhancements, web design and creating new or improved images and color schemes for our clients, creating or editing flash banners and websites, and finally we hope you are a designer skilled in ASP. We need you to make some adjustments to the design of websites using our own CMS.

You must be thorough, reliable and have skills in ASP, Access and Flash. A really professional finish is required on all work so please only bid if you can demonstrate some great original material in your portfolio.

We work 6 days per week and I will need you to be available for approx 8 hours per day.

My payment terms are rigid - so please no negotiation.

I will pay you at the completion of the week, I will not pay into escrow and I will not be pay in advance so please do not bid if that is what you want.

Please bid the amount you want for one 6 day week. This amount I will pay you at the end of the week - and you will ONLY BE PAID FOR A COMPLETED 6 day week - you will not be paid if you leave or dont show up for work for the full 6 days.

We are reasonable people (check our feedback to date) - we are fair and honest and we expect the same in return from you.
