Description

Online job employment website geared specifically to the grants management sector. Similar to www.monster.com; www.careerbuilders.com and www.hotjobs.com, but will only focus on the field of grants. We will need an exciting, intricate opening flash created for the website. We are requesting that website be designed from scratch.

Please review a description in the attachment. There will be a section for employers to submit job announcements and search resumes. Employees will be able to search open job opportunities and upload their resume for review. The job announcements should have an automatic expiration after 60 days.

It will also include adding new specializations, updating old specializations, deleting or deactiving specializtions, adding/updating/deleting membership options, new registrationsm managing old registrations for employees and jobseekers, etc.

Payment will be made as follows: One-third up front, with the remainder to be paid upon approval and receipt of final product.

It is requested that designer provide two months of technical support after website is up and running.
