Our company is looking for a group or a company that can design and program a web page.

Our company, Intellian Technologies Inc. is based in Seoul, Korea and specializes in manufacturing a wide range of mobile satellite communication systems and fiber-optic based video distribution solution.
We do have a company introduction webpage up and running. (http://www.intelliantech.com)
We need few add-ons of functions and renewal of the design of the webpage.

The brief requirements are as of follow.

1. Main requirements
- Contents layout re-designs / Sitemap re-designs
- Design renewal including flash menus and introduction and images.
- Content Management based main page management.
- Addition of the functionalities

2. Functionalities
+ Tech Support Menu
- Q&A Board / FAQ Board
- Enhanced search function of the knowledge base data
- Documents and file download functions
- Administrator page for uploading files and answering questions

+ Dealer Menu
- Q&A Board
- Administrator page for uploading files and answering questions

+ Mass mailing
- Recipients list in text or excel format.
- Web-based mailing HTML based mail to multiple recipients
