Description

I am a project manager with far too many projects currently in progress. Our current team of coders and designers are beyond capacity and so for the next week I need the help of one more web designer.

You will be required to work between various projects over the next week doing many different tasks including logo and image design and enhancements, web design and creating new or improved images and color schemes for our clients, creating flash banners and flash movies, and finally for the deisgner skilled in ASP we will need you to make adjustments to the design of websites using our own CMS.

You must be thorough, reliable and have skills in ASP & Access and Flash too. A really professional finish is required on all work so please only bid if you can demonstrate some great original material in your portfolio.

We work 6 days per week and I will need you to be available for approx 8 hours per day.

My payment terms are rigid - so please no negotiation.

I will pay you at the completion of the week, I will not pay into escrow and I will not be pay in advance so please do not bid if that is what you want.

Please bid the amount you want for one 6 day week. This amount I will pay you at the end of the week - and you will ONLY BE PAID FOR A COMPLETED 6 day week - you will not be paid if you leave or dont show up for work for the full 6 days.

We are reasonable people - fair and honest and we expect the same from our coders.
