DETAILS ARE HERE!!

I am looking to build an application in which clients can do many things via the application which should be able to be run via a website. I need someone that can assist me in making the right decisions to make the site and application run properly. This includes knowledge of server systems and such as well as DB, etc.

It will be completed in phases and I need a provider who is in a project for the long haul. I have been bitten hard on here by people that are less than desireable and need a reliable and honest person to work on this project. I have alot riding on this project and need it done and in return those who work on it will be properly rewarded.

The application will be database intensive and have several working elements.

I need someone who is experienced in creating an application that will be able to pull information from databases from other sites and create professional reports that will be accessed by my clients.

Clients must be able to create an account, access information in the databases, create reports, etc all from the one application. On the backend i will need to be able to see activity for billing purposes. I will also be outsourcing data entry so an easy to use interface for data entry into the database must also be completed.

The provider must be willing to sign a NDA (non disclosure agreement) and be willing to agree to a timeline after fees are agreed upon.

I am willing to pay bonuses for ontime completion as well as provide for residuals after launch in return for reduced upfront fees.

I will provide more information upon request. I need someone who can begin work shortly as I would also like to begin deployment within 4 to 6 months.

Attached are three documents that highlight the application and I have more things to scan that are drawings of my desires. To access the documents use password "guardcard".
