Description

I am looking to have a program written that will allow quick entry of customer information.

We run a small business that has people filling out registration cards. we as the basic info for the cards: name, address, DOB, contact number, email.

We also use that card to notate if the customer purchases a membership package, either 12 visits or 3 months unlimited pass.

Currently, we use a simple excel spreadsheet and mark how many times they come. The information is not very secure since a simple delete can erase the information.

So we are looking for a way to create a program that will go line by line, the information we want, and once it has been entered, it can't be accidentally deleted.

WE are looking for a way to search by first name, last name

we want to be able to track how many times they come in, and if they did purchase a punch card, how many visits remain, and when did they come in.

This project Could be expanded to include creating a POS (point of sale) system that will tie the customer information system to a simple cafe sales system and class scheduler.

The business that is using this system is 3 parts.

CAFE, Membership play area, Classrooms

The cafe has the typical items, (coffee, snacks, sandwiches)

The membership is keyed for pay as you go, or using a membership, either a punch card system, or a gym membership system

The third is the class room. Would need a format that will allow us to use a calendar to schedule classes, and have the information on hand, how many students per class
