Most of the time you will be working on a specific part of a site rather than the entire site at once. Your skills: Telerik (asp.net ajax controls) Expert ASP.NET 2.0/3.5 C# MSSQL (not mysql) Must be available on London time during the day and/evenings (if possible). Must be online on skype and communicate at all times and also be confortable to work with instance feedback.
