Description:	**** OUR MAXIMUM BUDGET IS $2500. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT BIDS OVER $2500. **** Please read the following in its ENTIRETY before making a bid. INTRO: A HIGH-QUALITY PROFESSIONAL COMMERCIAL site that allows beatmakers and hip hop beat producers to post their instrumental/beat tracks for sale/licensing on this community-driven website. Functions include Buying/Selling and Creating/Viewing Seller Profiles. PRIMARY FUNCTION: A seller can upload a beat with the site's unique search filter critera (details will be given to winning bidder). The potential buyer can browse the listings much like eBay or search/sort more precisely through the unique filter criterias or "categories". Sellers can pay additional fees to make their listing stand out more, much like eBay listings. Buyers shall receive an automatic generated license contract on the website for download, and automatically be able to download the uploaded files (mp3 and/or master track file package) upon completion of purchase. Simple feedback system needed. Sellers also create a profile page and send messages to other profiles, upload pics, add comments, etc. similar to myspace music accounts. Instead of having a myspace music player on the profile page however, it will display all beat listings of the seller on his or her profile. Profiles must be in simple URL format (www.sitename.com/profilename). THE SIX MAIN PAGE NAVIGATION: 1. Homepage - Contains space for featuring listings, members, and showing top sellers on the homepage. 2. Buy - Directly leads to the listings and a navigation on the side which can narrow/filter the listings according to the site's unique search criterias. 3. Sell - Takes you to upload a beat page/login/account registration. 4. My Account - Takes you to your account management/profile management/login/account registration. 5. Forum - The site needs a bulletin/forum which uses the site's user database for the sellers. 6. Help - An index of help questions, problems, solutios, instructions etc. These six pages are then interweaved with about 15-20 additional unique subpages in order to integrate the functionalities of the site together, especially in the site user's account management section. An affiliate program must be designed so the site can track referall registrations and purchases. There must be advertising spaces for third party advertisers, which should be easily managed by the admin, and automatically kept track. Site must be search engine friendly, particularly for google rankings. There is also a necessity for a highly flexible administration section which MUST be able to manipulate as many variable parts (such as setting fees, commissions, creating new genres, etc.) of the site as possible, with good logic. In other words, site should be easily maintainable with minimal changes on the code as a result of excellent design and coding. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Code MUST be in primarily ASP, Flash and Ajax a plus, with any additional supporting code necessary. You need to be able to eventually set up the entire site on a server (you can recommend the server accordingly). A basic prototype (non functional or minimally functional) website is required prior to full development. FINALLY - SEMI-MODIFIED LAYOUTS OF CMS SCRIPTS OR ENGINES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED SUCH AS OSCOMMERCE OR PHPNUKE, UNLESS YOU CAN CREATE A COMPLETE & UNRECOGNIZABLE REDESIGN AND FULFILL ALL SITE REQUIREMENTS EXACTLY AS IS.
