I need a software which can submit/upload a torrent to the sites.

Site is

And some more sites such as:

So, that user will field all the required fields in the software, like title, description, etc and select the file in the tool and tool will go to the webpage, fill the fields and open the box to enter the captcha and upload the file/torrent in the background.

You should be able to implement captcha such that the software is able to contact a service which will break the captcha. I have the code for implementing this service for a few coding types, (not sure which ones but I can remember C/C++.) You must be able to implement this code.
