Description

I require the following programme to be created:

We have a number of templates (lets say 30) that we use for e-mail communication. To save time we would like all templates to be entered into an interface, which will allow us to put a specific template into a clipboard (copy) with just one click. Please refer to the attachment to see how we would like interface to be presented.

We would like it to be working in the following way:
1 click on the template button – template saves into clipboard
2 clicks on the template button – new small window opens with the template text which can be changed and formatted.

Templates should be in rich formatting. We should be able to input new templates, remove old ones, edit existing ones and change order of buttons. Each template will have unique name which should be changeable.

Programme should work on both Windows and Mac. I am not sure which language should be used and other technical stuff, therefore please give me details as to how you’ll be doing it and I’ll confirm it with my admin prior acceptance.
