Description

I need a simple program coded to run standalone on a windows XP machine that will:

1. read a .csv text that is created and continuosly updated by another application file at user defined periods and then upload the data to a mysql database hosted on the internet. Then flush the orginal csv file to a history file so no data is duplicated at next upload.

each record to be uploaded will comprise a 6 text fields and 2 small binary files (images) to be treated as BLOB's.

**I am paying $100 and you will also get 20% bonus on top if its done by Saturday. **
