I need a small application creating that will read appointments from a sql table and write them to another table.

This is a small application.


More detail:

I have an SMS application that sends sms and works with an SQL table. The application already handles sending and processing of the SMS. The SMS application itself can not be changed as I have no source code. If we directly write sms data to the sms pending table then it will send the sms out. I have tested this before and already have a similar application doing this already.

I now want to add extended function by way of an extra application.

The new application must hold many schedules in a list view where we can see the active/inactive schedules. Each entry in the schedule will represent a trigger to load appointments from a sql table and write them to the pending table on a specific interval. There are only 4 records to write to the pending table.

The SMS application should also not write duplicate entries to the table. Only new appointments that have not been sent before.

I am looking for a quick turn around so only bid if you can start asap and complete in in 1 week.

There will be a chance to work on more projects and maybe even full time. depends on the skill set and work ethics.
