Description

I need a simple Invoicing utility. I have a Telecom switch that dumps out CDR data such as Account number, origination, destination, secs used, charge.
I need to import this CDR CSV file to the utility which would have it's own Database of Account number/customer details, Billing Plan used. Another table to hold the parameters of the Billing Plan such as Subcription, flat charge call , total number of flat calls allowed, total number of mins allowed, misc charges. third table to hold the details of the area codes where flat charges are allowed. Upon impport the utility would sort all calls for the period on account number, and invoice based on the billing plan.
Two format of invoices are required, summary and detailed, where summary would be main charges without the call listing, detailed would have call listing.

The Billing plan would have a nominal subscription charge on monthly basis and where the customer would be able to make unlimited 50 cents/30 mins calls to the short listed 50 countries. Beyond 30 mins per min charges would apply and if the total threshold for the month is achieved then also per min charges would apply.

As an example one plan is as follow:
Monthly Subscription: AUD 6:00, first 30 calls to 50 countries @ 50 cents each. Total number of mins in the plan 400 mins. beyond 30 mins/call and beyond 400 mins per min charges apply.

If this invoice can be displayed on the web it would be a bonus.
