We require a small application that can extract greyhound names from this base page: http://www.tabonline.com.au/cgi-bin/main.pl?page=/today.htm

When run, it needs to go through all of the races listed there and put all the runners into a text file (excluding the greyhounds that are SCRATCHED), like this:
ALBION PARK 1 BENNY DOES IT SPECIAL TREND PANAMA FLASH ROCKET ARM HE'S RECKLESS IPSWICH SPICE FLYING EMILY
ALBION PARK 2 ROBSTAR SHADOW COME TO PASS TURNING ANGLE JIMMY'S ANIMAL PATTO PICS
etc etc etc

We should also have the option of selecting a date that gets the historical fields from this page
