Description:	This is an interesting project. I am seeking a good programmer with some possible VNC experience. VNC is just one possible technology to make this work. I am looking to create a proprietary program for system administration. Basically it would work like VNC. However it would have to have implemented in the program a way to self install on the host machine without the end user either knowing or needing to do anything. Maybe click on a link in an email or it could be set up on our company site and the end user can click on an .EXE file and run it. that would give the admin the connection needed. I only bring up VNC because it is free and I use it a lot already. Id like to incorporate this technology into the software Id like created. A twist on the program is that we would also like to be able to start the program without the end user knowing so that we can monitor our employees. Basically we are having some issues with a few employees. Another bonus on the program would be if it could take screen captures and log key strokes. Obviously this software would be proprietary and I would need the source and an NDA will need to be signed so that it is not reproduced. We would also like to market this to other companies as a network administrative tool. Im not setting this budget too high at first, I would like to get some responses. I will raise if necessary. Anyone have any thoughts?
