Design must b the same just different colours

they have two features I would like which is silent vote whereas there is no vote button when someone clicks to read the story it counts as as vote so should be easy just need to transfer the function to the title

Also I need editors recommendations where we can pick who gets featured

Let me know whoever wins this project will also be given monthly maintenance of $150 just to look over site

Iv put $250 as max budget but will also consider $300
