Online Multiplayer Football

I need someone to create a site I have designed; this will be an online football management game and will be simple in format.
This project will suit someone who enjoys football management games, hardly any graphics will be used, and indeed the initial setup will be easy for someone with good programming skills, I also know what I want and have planned a lot in advance.

If you were a fan of football director, soccer boss or the double which are old games on old formats and are willing to spend a lot of time solving which can be tricky problems to fix please bid.
Google and download these games if you are not familiar with them!
If this isn’t your cup of tea, PLEASE DON'T BID as I want the person who creates this to be involved from the start and enjoy what we are creating.

This might suit a newcomer as I would have no problem with someone adding a link to my site to show they have created this game, so it could help someone get more work.
However this will not be a straightforward project, as lots of time will have to go into testing and maybe adding things that might be unforeseen if the project is successful it would mean future work on future updates to the game. The hard bit will be setting up the multiplayer platform.

Also if you have some knowledge of multiplayer gaming this would be helpful, as this will all happen live online. As dealing with a static site is one thing, having an application in use by many users is different for example something like Pogos multiplayer pool or monopoly, so if you don't know anything about this DON'T BID.
