Description: We run a central mailing system for property details.

Our software system provides us with a mailing file in .txt format the mailing file contains a the names and addresses of our customers and list the reference numbers of the properties they are interested in.

We take the mailing file and produce the address cards (one for each customer) Then we print the relevamt PDFs (the pdfs are all saved in the same folder)the file name is the property reference number for example 1234.pdf.

Currently we go through the mailing file and print in sequence the PDFs that each customer requires.

We need a system which can read the mailing file, loctae the PDF folder and send the corresponding PDFs to the printer in the order specified in the mailing file.

Emerge.txt file is attached and is an example of a mailing file.
