Description:	I have an SMS Studio - SMS Gateway and i would like to have a program to handle back/forth the incoming information the system should work as follows, once the user sends and SMS this triggers the following -The message options are a) SMSshortcode+REGISTER and b) SMSshortcode+VOTE -The program analyzes the SHORTCODE+word -if word is REGISTER, the program should send an HTTP request to an address (let`s say http://www.kaybo.com/getmeandid.php -then a result number is generated (let`s say 46912 )(we have the script which will do this) -then the message comes out of the webpage ans whould be send by your program to the handset, the message has this format -if word is VOTE, the program should send an HTTP request to an address (let`s say http://www.kaybo.com/secretvoting.php?id=46212 -The incoming informations is passed during this connection -then an answer is sent to the handset by your program in this format "your vote has been registered"
