Description:	Project should be built in Visual Studio 2005 and written preferably in C#, but would accept C++ so that it can be modified by our in house developers. Code should be well organized and laid out and notated in english. I am looking for high quality work not a budget coder. We need to create both sides (serving application and client application) of an application that updates files on a local system from a centralized system on the Internet based on parameters set at the local system. Possibly using a webservice on the server side, I am open to recommendations. Let me give a simple example of what we need and I will let you recommend the best solution. Example: 10 Windows XP computers in 10 different physical locations connected to the Internet. Each computer is displaying information that pertains to its specific location. Each computer gets this information to display from a file called display.xml One Windows 2003 sever running MS SQL 2005 contains 10 different display.xml files that will be edited at the server. We need to edit one of the files on the server and have an application communicate with the Windows 2003 server to find out if it needs an update at regular intervals, if it does then it downloads and overwrites the local display.xml file. Please read and suggest to show you have an understanding and interest in what we are doing here, I will completely IGNORE any prefab bids telling me how great a company you have. I am looking for someone that is willing to take the time to understand and reply intelligently with the best solution. We will have some time constraints here and I am looking for someone who is willing to work quickly until the project is fully complete.
