Description

I would like to create an interactive cd that will allow users to search a database using Business type, and using postal codes and zipcodes or lat/long find the nearest provider with the options of searching by lat/long or state/province, city, zipcode/postalcode.

I want this to load when the cd is put into the computer.
I also need the GUI to be a custom shape if possible and have room for banner add placement.

Please PM questions concerns and suggestions as well as any previous project example that you may have done that were similar.

If this project goes well I may need more work done on a quarterly basis on this application if you are interested.
