Artistic Web Designer + Web developers required

1) Artistic or graphical web designer
2) web developer or programmer

..required for new educational website. Creativity, focus and drive required. Ability to work in a high performance, highly creative virtual team.

As the designer you would be working on the artwork for a new learning resource, making it visually appealing for both adults and younger learners. For web developers, we are looking for someone who can readily work with the designer to understand the requirements. For both designer and developer, it would be beneficial to have experience in designing online games and puzzles.

All applicants please send the following details for a fast response. These will be the key criteria on which we will make our decision:

1) portfolio - any educational sites previously built (ideally with some evidence of this)
2) price
3) ability to work in a virtual team with people outside your company - please provide examples
4) delivery time

Here's what the site would look like
1 landing page with product information
2 homepage also with product information
3 ordering page - google checkout and paypal functionality
4 podcasts page - ability to access podcasts and download these
5 Music/DVD/Books shop powered by Amazon and able to select between US and UK stores dependent on user location
6 FAQ page
7 About Us/Contact Us page

Admin functionality

-capability to upload new podcasts and remove existing ones
-change wording on the pages of the site easily
-able to see the payments made
-able to see the number of site visits

As far as development environment is concerned, we prefer Joomla and expect the price to be lower if it is this, but others will be considered.
