Description

1) Eliminate Access Error Message Issue
2) Provide us with a copy of our Access form with no data inputted

The Access form will not allow the user to create more than 2-3 new records.

Below is the Access user's description to me of the problem.

The program allowed me to update existing records. I was also allowed to make 2 new records, but as I was about to save the third record and move on to creating a new record, a pop up with the following error message appeared:

" The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key or relationship. Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate date, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again".

"I did nothing out of the ordinary with this record, simply copy and pasted, the same as I have been doing with the previous records."
