The project is this a Video clip and CMS solution for our existing website. Our clients will post their promotions clips to their accounts and the site Admin needs to be able to administer (add/delete/etc...) all clips.

The person needs to be good with.
1) Reading specifications.
2) Smarty design and coding with PHP5 and MySQL in mind.
3) Asking questions if they are not clear on what is required.

No creative work required as this is only backend work.
