Description

My Client wants a re-design of a website,
5 page site with CMS and SEO.
Need a PHP and SEO expert for a long term project.

The languages should be in English and in Italian, eventual English textures can be translated

Email account to be publicized
No ANIMATION
No sounds

Optimized for speed and load time

Top quality of images
(To obtain both I think about thumbs, or dynamical loading of images, php compression is fine I think)

Internal search engine requested (if you use Ajax hints could be a fine idea)

They want a forum but messages have to be verified by the site owner

They want a home page to choose langauge (I add make it browser language dependent)

An online payment should be predefined (they will use it at a later stage)

An online catalog should be predefined (database and research thus results and single item)

Please give me :

1.) An idea of a new design to present to the customer?
2.) What data you need for this to be done?
3.) An idear of possible execution time?
