Description

I have a project to build a web based system to allow a small company in South America to manage Budget and Expenditure for each of their projects. I have attached a spreadsheet with the requirements and a ZIP file with the activity flows for each usecase.

I will supply all wireframes, activity flows and designs, but design work will be done in parallel. I have completed the flows and they can be broken down into the following use cases:

* 3.01Record Expenditure (registro gastos)
* 4.01Display Dashboard (mostrar dashboard)
* 4.02Display Key Indicator
* 5.01View Project
* 6.01Run Reports
* 7.01Record User Actions

Which will involve building about 16 user interfaces

I will provide wireframes, activity flows and field definitions, and any creative design for the user interface

Your responsibility will be to realise all the funcionality on the site build the database and create the reports that will involve a screen view and a PDF print funcionality, and test it to make sure it performs to specification.

You will also be responsible for puting it live on my host you will have FTP details if required

I will provide project managemen and business analysis and I will help you in QA and system testing.

The UIs will be in spanish but I can help with this.

Timescale for this project is two months from inception to completion.

The succesful bid will need to give me a project plan broken down into milestones (by Usecase) on how they expect to deliver the project.

I need a clear start date, end date and milestones
