Description
We are looking to get an online store that will :1) update itself via mysql every 15mins with product/stock in from the supplier (there will only be one supplier)
2) When a client places and order they will pay for it via an online payment provider
3) Once payment has been cleared , the site will auto raise a electronic sales order which is sent to the client as confirmation and to the administrator
4) It will also generate purchase order which is emailed to the supplier with reference to the sales order.
5) Adminstrator will log in at the end of each day and confirm the orders being shipped.
6) System will email client shipment confirmation.
7) Admin reports - we should be able to check number of sales , profit etc but system must also keep track of which purchase order links to which sales order (in case of faults/returns)
8) Administrator must be able to issue credit when required.
The margins are very low on the items being sold on this site so we want little or no human interaction to process orders. Ideally it would be good to set a credit limit and let the system auto order (if payment clears) to that value.
Can you do this for us? Please explain how you would look to get us a safe/secure site that can automatically do all the above (and more!)
