Description: Looking for a simple software that always viewing at least 500 TV stations from around the world (mostly US) on a simple "windows media" type window. I'd like to keep this as simple as possible for cost. Examples can be seen through www.yahoo.com using the search term "satellite tv for pc. There are many examples there.

Please include total cost and time frame.

I didn't know which category to put this in so I just picked c/c++.
