Description: Need to create 5+ website templates for optometry websites and integrate them into an online sitebuilding program. To do this, I start with a photshop .psd file of the home page, all the graphics saved as different layers. I need someone creative, artistic, and good with photshop to come up with some photo shop files. I just need the 1 page and then I take it from there to design the actual template.

here is an example of the structure - each design should have a top bar, column on the left, and a bottom bar. nothing on the right.
