Description: I need a number of changes made to an existing oscommerce site.

Changes will include:

1. Modify the index page to allow for insertion of Text and Images from the Admin panel. (on the index page only)
2. Increase width of left and right columns and increase font size of headers and Navigation Menus. (On all pages in the store.)
3. Add a multi-store with admin contribution. (Will give more info in PMB)
4. Add a Gift Certificate Contrib.
5. Add SEO optimation Contrib.
