We would like to work with a talented website/graphic designer for a redesign of our existing website. We are looking for a deeper design with flash and java elements.
Can not afford higher than $300 for the job. Please do not bid higher, as it is not in our budget.
Clear communication is required as we have more quality work for the chosen designer.
