Ruby on Rails Contact Import Script ( "Multiple" contact import clone)

I need someone to create a Ruby on Rails script that can import a user's contacts from the following sites: Hotmail, Aol Mail, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hi5, Friendster, FaceBook, MySpace, & Orkut. The script must just get the friends names and email addresses. It must work seemlessly with an existing ruby on rails application and the entire script should be Object Oriented. Also, the script must be well documented and optimized for fast performance. Additional information submitted: For an example of exactly what I am looking for, look at multiply.com.
